A new dish at Rica’s, this is a really good and really healthy version of the spinach and cheese dip! :)

Gambaretti - spaghetti with their delectably spicy gambas with olive oil and ground meat. This is absolutely my favorite dish at Rica’s.

My dad’s usual — Salmon steak!

Mom’s seafood pasta — she says this is the best she’s had of this dish.
