A new dish at Rica’s, this is a really good and really healthy version of the spinach and cheese dip! :)

Gambaretti - spaghetti with their delectably spicy gambas with olive oil and ground meat. This is absolutely my favorite dish at Rica’s.

My dad’s usual — Salmon steak!

Mom’s seafood pasta — she says this is the best she’s had of this dish.

For someone who lives in Cebu, it was my first time to taste the famous, authentic Balamban Liempo… And it was TO DIE FOR! The herbs on the pork were just… Yummy! Nothing can compare to this one! ;)
